When I called back to see about bring him in again I was told bring him whenever you can and we'll fit you into the schedule. I didn't wait long and you did another xray and blood draw. told me right away no lyme disease the doctor explained the next steps we are taking and said we are starting an antibiotic I left with less anxiety because I know you have a plan and I trust you. thank you so much for outreaching so much to rocky. We had previously had issues with long wait times. I'm not sure if that was specific to a different doctor or not. However, Dr. Descant has not kept us waiting very long (and we do understand that services are sometimes triaged, as they should be), and is extremely caring and thorough. His demeanor has a calming effect on our pets as well as on us.

Dr. D is such a wonderful addition to the practice. His knowledge and way he explains things are superb. i'm thrilled to know that now Winston is not only in good hands with Dr. Ashley, but also, Dr. D as well!! Big thanks and hugs to Dr. D and Wendy for taking such good care of Winston during his "ear" visit. I am very pleased with the way Dr. D decided to treat Winston and by the way he explained in detail everything for me. also, wonderful to see Tanya, Ashley, and Jen!!

The veterinary field is a stressful one for everyone involved, yet the staff always seems to be happy, bubbly, and enthusiastic. The staff at ABE loves animals and it shows! We called ABE last week in the evening and asked if they could examine our cat, Maizie that same night. Something happened to her hind leg and she was in pain. This isn't the first time they fit us into their schedule with regard to an onset of a problem with our aging girl. As always, everyone was wonderful! The entire staff is comforting, from the time we arrive, during the exam. When we check-out and leave the hospital we are always assured that Maizie has been seen by the best team of compassionate professionals. Kudos to the entire staff!! We absolutely LOVE ABE, and would not take our kitties anywhere else! Dr. Fusselman and Dr. Scarola are the best--even if Dr. F. is making Callie wear that horrid cone collar for 10 days!! :) She's only escaped from it twice--not bad for only being 7 months old!! Keep up the good work--we love you all!!! Nanci and Ruth--and our Kids--Taffy 2, Abbey, Amber, Shane, Tasha and little Callie!!!

For this particular appointment the fee was exactly what had been quoted to me. In the past I had been quoted certain fees for services by the receptionist and when I came for the appointment the amounts were different. I did bring this to the attention of Jenn, the Office Manager. Overall, I really trust the medical staff at ABE - even though there have been major changes in the Drs. All of the Drs. and techs are very helpful with questions, competent and very loving to my Logan.

I have been bringing my dog Gracie to ABE Veterinary Hospital since I got her 6 years ago. I have always been pleased with how we were treated from the phone call to the visits. This particular visit I was very worried as I had found a lump on my dog's chest. Tanya answered the phone when I called and provided outstanding service. She offered me several appt options. I brought Gracie in that afternoon and met with Dr. Scarola who is the only doctor I have met so far. She cleaned Gracie's teeth a few months ago so I was familiar with her. She is awesome. She is caring, sweet and was great with Gracie who was as nervous and I was. We both left feeling fine. I will admit I was worried when all of the doctors left the practice but Dr. Scarola is great. I also had a phone call once with one of the other doctors and she even called me the next day to see how Gracie was doing. All around a great experience for me and my pet. 10+++++++

I have no suggestions. I think the staff is doing an EXCELLENT job. As the owner of a fearful dog, I always feel comfortable and confident that Dr. Fusselman and her staff know how to handle him. In fact, he seems to even ENJOY going to the vet because he knows he will get an endless supply of peanut butter and cheese! Thank you for your understanding and always wonderful service.

Only our first trip in and IT WON'T BE OUR LAST! Everyone was great from the phone to the office visit! When I said the price seemed high, IT'S BEEN 20 + years since I went to a Vet so THINGS CHANGE & I GET IT. I am very happy that you guys were referred to us by Affordable Pet Center in Northampton. I was so greatlful the ABE was willing to see my precious girl on an emergency basis that I thought the fee was resonable but I wouldn't want it to be that much on a routine basis. The receptionist was wonderful and of course, Dr. Ashley was professional, friendly and thorough. They really put my faith back into vet care. I will return and also spread the news. thank you again.

Cocktails for the owners while waiting......just kidding, I feel this practice doesn't need improving, just please keep the same doctors......I lost DR. Obenrater, then we lost Dr. Sandrock, if we lose Dr. Fusselman I am following her! The staff there are very welcoming, love Tania and Ashley, the Manager Jen, so many more I can list......everyone there is nothing short of professional but not to the point where they lose empathy! This is a great practice, I have highly recommended this practice to many friends and colleagues. Don't change a single thing!

I had my father take my doggie there so she could come to me in okinawa Japan, he said the doctors as well as the staff were great.. And they were extremely helpful with the process to get my baby back to me overseas.

The entire staff is amazing. I never feel like my questions are bothersome, and I feel like everyone LOVES my pets. Tanya at the front desk is AMAZING, she is always offering me a cold beverage and super sweet. Dr. Fussleman is spectacular, she takes her time, listens to my concerns and explains everything, all while being phenomenal with my fur babies. Thank you all so much!

I've had to call the office twice in the last 2 months with an emergency eye issue with my dog, Brandy. And both times you were able to fit me in that day. What a relief it was to be able to have her be seen by ABE instead of going to an E R Clinic. This kind of service allows me be much more patient and understanding when I have a regular scheduled appointment and have to wait because there is another dog that was just brought in with an emergency situation. Because I know if my dog were in that position the staff at ABE would be there for my dog. Thanks everyone, you're the best!

My dog Chase has been a patient here for 2 years now. Everyone is always super friendly and goes out of their way to ma...ke my
pets and us humans feel comfy. Recently my new puppy has become a patient, and they took the time out to go over the breed and characteristics that I may not know about. I've only ever seen Dr. Fussleman, but I LOVE her and so do my pets. Tonya and Jen at the front desk are a-ma-zing, they always offer me a drink when I come in and dode all over my pets. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!

Have you been to ABE since the changes? It is like an animal spa!! I took my Caroline for her wellness ( and a little paw chewing issue) and she was greeted with a pink camo bandana to soothe her, "spa" music in the exam room- even her Dr. sprayed pheromones on her lab coat so Caroline would be anxiety free! AND I was offered cookies...oh no, not dog cookies....me cookies!!! YOU GUYS ROCK! Caroline says "more cheese, please!"
